Salem: Power & Justice

Age Range: Grades 6-8


Objectives:

  • Students will be able to define Implicit Bias, identify how it is shaped by cultural beliefs and value systems, and analyze its impact on individual and group behaviors

  • Students will cooperatively improvise using movement and dialogue to explore personal values and societal behaviors

  • Students will examine their own responsibilities as citizens and identify practices to reduce harmful stereotyping
