$5k Gala sponsorshop opportunities

EACH $5K SPONSORSHIP INCLUDES:

Eight (8) VIP tickets to The Glass Slipper Ball,

April 3, 2026. VIP tickets include:

  • Premiere seating with BDM dancers;

  • Premium wine during dinner;

  • Exclusive discount code for a stay at the Surety Hotel;

  • Eight (8) tickets to Ballet Des Moines’ world premiere Cinderella, May 16-17 at the Des Moines Civic Center;

  • Prominent listing in all event materials including printed and electronic signage, recognition on our website and on social media, and in our performance playbill during the the world premiere of Cinderella;

  • Listing / Logo in the print gala invitation, if sponsorship commitment is received before December 1, 2025.

  • COSTUM COCKTAIL CREATION

    A staff favorite sponsorship: join members of the gala committee for a taste test to determine this year's signature custom cocktails.

    Sponsors will receive their company logo on bar signage, a call-out during gala announcements and imagery of the tasting posted on social in the weeks leading up to the gala.

    Guests leave the BDM gala with a sponsor-branded swag bag. Sponsors have the option to include promotional materials or gifts in the bags. Last year’s sponsor bags included a sweet treat, morning-after survival kit, lip balm, and sponsor discounts/coupons.

  • VIP VALET

    Gala weather in April is always a gamble, so attendees welcome a front door drop-off and pick-up. Sponsors are recognzied in Valet signage on our website, in Know Before You Go email sent to attendees, and at our gala entrance. Sponsors are allowed to have an approved gift or marketing materials placed in cars prior to vehicle retrieval.
