COMMUNITY TICKETING PROGRAM
Ballet Des Moines is proud to announce the launch of a new collaboration with the Iowa Library Association and Des Moines Public Library to connect communities and lower barriers for engaging in the arts.
Beginning this season, Ballet Des Moines is pleased to begin offering complimentary tickets to anyone (ages 7 and up) who hold a public library card. Averaging about 1000 tickets per performance, and while supplies last, library card holders will have access to one complimentary ticket for each of the four Ballet Des Moines productions in the 25/26 season.
This initiative is in partnership with the Iowa Library Association and Des Moines Public Library, with support from Hoyt Sherman Place and Des Moines Performing Arts.
Simply present your library card (or DMPS student ID card) to the performance venue box office during the specified selection timeframes, generally a few weeks before the performances and listed in the FAQs below, select your seat and you’re all set!
