Bridget Penick, Ballet Des Moines Board President,
22-23 Board of Directors

Bridget is a leading litigator whose practice focuses on employment law. She represents employers of all sizes in various state and federal courts and administrative agencies. She drafts employment agreements and human resources policies and procedures and counsels employers regarding HR matters, employment discrimination, FMLA, ADA, wage & hour, and labor law issues. She also assists employers with employment-related immigration issues. A magna cum laude graduate of Central College in Pella and a graduate with high distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law, Bridget has also volunteered her time with Girls Rock!Des Moines, the Polk County Bar Association, the Iowa State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and Iowa Legal Aid. Bridget has been involved with Ballet Des Moines since her oldest of four dancing daughters first danced in The Nutcracker in 2008. She has been on the Board of Directors with Ballet Des Moines for 8 years and takes over as Board Chair for the 22-23 season.
